- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 cups mixed berries frozen
- ½ cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
- 1 tbsp flaxseed ground
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1½ cups water
- Protein Powder Boost (optional)
