  • ¼ cup blueberries frozen
  • ¼ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • ¼ cup strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup plain nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1 tbsp goji berries dried
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup ice
