Ingredients

  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup pineapples
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Green Superfood Boost optional

Instructions

  • Place ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Joe’s recipe does not specifically call for water or ice. However, we recommend adding 1/2 cup or water and 1/2 cup of ice for better consistency and taste.
