    Lol it sticks to the roof of my mouth :). It tastes wonderful, exactly like the Jamba Juice smoothie but is a nightmare to clean the blender afterward

    This is actually an excellent protein shake. I drop a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder in there for a muscle boost after a workout. Lots of cals, but a great protein delivery smoothie. Thanks!
