Ingredients

  • 1/2 apples cored
  • 1/2 bananas frozen, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Weight Loss Greens Boost optional

Instructions

  • Place ingredients into a blender, fill to the max water line, and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
