  • 1/4 avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ground
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • * Collagen Boost (optional)
