Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • * Collagen Boost (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
